Honestly the worst surgery ever! I like the doctors there however getting through to dr iq for an appointment or to a real person on the phone is impossible. I called three times this week waiting an hour each time to then be told yesterday I’ve been given an appointment to find no one has called me. I’m moving to a different GP. They used to be once upon a time.

Very poor levels of service. Took six weeks and numerous chase emails to get a referral. And in the end they said it was my fault because my first email was unclear. This is despite the fact they had never reached out to me for clarification in all that time. They are also nearly impossible to contact during business hours. The DR IQ app forces you through a lengthy online consultation process, only to often tell you at the end that there are no appointments available for the day. You have to wait 1 hour+ to talk to someone and they often close the phone lines early. On the rare occasion I manage to get an appointment it’s always over the phone. They don’t give set times, only windows of about 2 hours when the doctor will ring. In reality the doctor will ring at any random time, meaning you have to spend all day watching your phone and drop everything when it rings. I’ve been with the practice about 18 months and this is hands-down the worst level of service I’ve had with the NHS. I would strongly advise against using them.

This place has never been great but now it's an absolute disaster. Spent two hours on hold in a queue of six people, and I was number one in the queue for 45 minutes. When I asked for a doctor's appointment the receptionist, Abdul, for some reason tried to order repeat prescription medication for me instead. After all that I was only offered a phone consultation. One star is too generous for this place and I'll be finding a new GP.

The lady receptionist is very rude. The minute I say Hi to her she immediately replied "wait a minute" which should be fine but no smile at all and the tone of her voice is so high..very disappointing for a sick person or unwell person to be treated like this. This is the second time she was rude to me.

Would give zero stars if I could. Since they moved it’s even worse. Appointments in person are super rare, nearly impossible. You get assessed via phone call (even for shingles). The lady at the reception is very rude (she spoke to someone on the phone and screamed at him/her) and made a rude comment after she hang up (in front of me). She was not aware of the service offered and tried to get rid of me (I had received a message form the admin team to come to the surgery). As someone with Autism, it’s twice as hard when it comes to communication. I will see if I can go to another surgery (the surgery on the ground floor seemed more friendly, at least their staff). Very disappointed! Choose your reception staff wisely, they are your first impression. I know your job is hard, so is mine as a keyworker but you shouldn’t treat people this way - especially if want respectful behavior from patients. With such a behavior, my line manager would get rid of me, please change your attitude.

Terrible organisation and highly inefficient… to do something straightforward like booking a vaccination for my baby, required me to stay in queue (on call) for an hour during my work day for a couple of days, only to be told no appointments for the day and no option to book any other day in advance. Very dismissing staff and just overall poor look for the NHS.

Got there 5 minutes early and was seen to immediately, very lovely staff, accommodating and reassuring.

Worst admin team with no basic reading comprehension skills. Something as simple as getting my repeat prescription becomes a sisyphean struggle and for what:/

Receptionist was rude. Doctor was nice but not helpful, doing basic Google search on my symptoms while I was there which made me feel scared. Refused to refer me to a specialist as she thought “this is not a big deal”, and said if I’m really worried I can go to a walk-in emergency

Repeated forgotten referrals, blood test results gone lost and never received, you need to chase every little thing up. Some of the receptionist are rude and gp not understanding and unhelpful. Horrible experience.
