I have used Kings twice now and I wouldn’t think twice about calling them for all my flooring needs in the future. Ian’s customer service is second to none and he went above and beyond to ensure the flooring in my new house was done before I moved in. I had two other quotes for exactly the same carpet - one of which was from their closest competitor from around the corner to them.. Ian smashed their quote out of the park and I was very happy to proceed. Alan the fitter is very personable and has done an exceptional job!! Outstanding service from start to finish. Completely smooth and easy. I had a fantastic quote and Ian price matched for me but with a far better quality carpet. Turnaround time was super quick and Ian was understanding of my situation and needing it done quickly. Alan was super friendly and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble. I was anxious about moving home after our house fire but Ian and the team have made my house a home again and it's the first step for a fresh start for me and my children.
