King Kit uses Royal Mail on shipments to the states and needless to say, the shipping has been less than Royal. Never received my product. Apparently there have been other reviews from folks who have suffered the same when an item is shipped via Royal Mail. I did email mailed King Kit to at least provide a tracking number and heard nothing but crickets. At least they could have responded to my email. Thankfully, PayPal refunded my money. Best to avoid this vendor and find another - even if it costs a bit more.

It is very good service at a very reasonable price. I have bought several model kits from them over the past year and they have all been good quality, especially as they were all nearly 40 year old kits. On occasion there have been minor damage to the parts, but all of them have been easily fixed with glueing them back together. The prices are reasonable, a B727 1/144 scale I just bought was £25 including shipping, however some kits are more expensive, I got a Revell 747-400 in 1/144 scale which was £60 but as it was quite rare,as it had Rolls Royce engines on it I thought it was worth it, and it turned out amazing with BA Livery. The only thing to watch out for is I found old decals sometimes can break apart very easily. Overall its great service and gives me the opportunity to buy very old, and unusual kits at reasonable prices. For example my Airfix B727 at £25, and a Roden B720 at around £20. Great shop would highly recommend.
