I cannot speak highly enough of Kingham’s. Having been disillusioned with going to Land Rover service direct, a leaflet was put through my door. I have used them twice now for a service and a new panel and they have gone above and beyond. Just great service and how it should be. Keith is also a fountain of knowledge and history. We initially dropped our car off when we had issues with the alarm. Despite me saying where I thought the issue was, Kingham’s for whatever reason didn’t even bother to check for faults in this area and instead just ran a diagnostics check, which they didn’t sign off with me beforehand so I no choice but to pay over £225 for this when I came to collect the car and didn't fix the problem. The worst thing for us though is the issues we've realised since they also replaced our front right tyre. Firstly we’ve since found from W J King in Bromley the reason our low tyre pressure indicator keeps flashing up on our dashboard is because Kingham’s installed a tyre with the wrong tread depths. Secondly W J King have mentioned the tyre looks second hand! The fact that a once Seat accredited garage doesn’t know the correct tyre specification for a Seat car is worrying. But potentially installing a 2nd hand tyre and charging for it as if it’s new is disingenuous and unprofessional. W J King on the other hand resolved the alarm issue with no fuss and their customer service is miles ahead of anything we experienced at Kingham’s. If you have a Seat I’d definitely recommend W J King in Bromley over Kingham’s.
