Went to Kingham's for the first time and I could not be more impressed - greeted by Mr Kingham himself, car serviced swiftly and was then sent a video of the car being inspected from the technician...all whilst eating my breakfast (which was free at the local cafe courtesy of Kingham's!). The car came out sparkling after a complimentary buffer & wax, after the service. Staff were all a pleasure to deal with. This is as good as customer service gets. The best service I have ever experienced in my 15 years of car ownership. I went to Kinghams garage, Keens road, Croydon, with my 61 plate Seat with an engine management light on. They are friendly, professional, communicative and informative. A text message reminder of appointment as well as regular updates on progress of work being done.They sent a video explaining what was wrong with my car and what needed to be fixed. I will be going for my MoT in August and i will be using Kinghams for all repairs, servicing and MoTs as they are honest and all round amazing. Thank you to everyone in the team.
