I've had one set of 4.2m bi folds and 13 upvc window units from Kingfisher and the quality of the product is very good, communication excellent and after sales equally as good. I installed all doors and windows myself and Kingfisher have been very patient with me...:) I had a couple of issues with the bi folds but they were my fault and I was able to rectify them thanks to their advice. I will be ordering another 2 doors from them as I find there prices very competitive compared to others where I live (York), even only supply only basis.

Recently purchased and had installed two composite doors. From their website and design tool, to the survey, billing and day of installation experienced a great service from Kingfisher. Guy who installed was very efficient and tidied after. Doors look great. Spent some time researching and had several quotes, Kingfisher were one of the more expensive, but the detail, security, guarantee and service were factors in our decision. Not disappointed and would use again (need new windows in future).

I have given this company 2 stars because I have dealt this them before for two of our business premises, however, on giving them our repeat business for a third we were completely ignored. Phone calls not returned, quoted and ordered only to find several months on that they couldn't do what we wanted. They then changed their minds after much chasing and requoted over £1000 more! E-mailed to say we wouldn't be using them and couldn't believe the change in price and they haven't even bothered to reply.
