Shocking service. No knowledge of the products and appealing customer service, rudness is not acceptable. The owners need to understand and learn how the boating world works, and if the shop business model is based on never returning tourists, that's absolutely fine, just don't call it chandlery. You lost a customer, off to Portland chandlery, who respects their customers !
