Hotel room was nice , not 100 percent cleaned properly with finger prints on the mirror and hairs in the shower. The towel rail in the bathroom hissed all night and was leaking rusty water onto the floor. Room 4 we stayed in . The worst bit of the hotel for me was the entrance. The road into the hotel is absolutely awful !! So many pot holes and gravel flicking up everywhere ! This needs to be mentioned as we have actually damaged our car. A stone has flicked up and chipped the paint. We were driving at maybe 2mph on this so called road. Id not reccomend anyone to any one to stay here if you have a nice car ! The entrance is absolutely awful!! This needs rectifying to match how nice the rest of the place is ! Noteworthy details: Awful road into the hotel !! Beware

Rooms: Very clean modern and comfortable with great view over to the lake. Huge comfy bed . Food & drinks: Snack menu was not available despite saying it is on the website and room info. Guy that served us was very dour and unhelpful. Breakfast was shockingly awful with stale muffins and I think we had one scrambled egg between two of us. The full English the following morning was thankfully much better.
