I’d give one star but that’s not possible. Due to being unwell I have never actually visited the gym but am being forced to go through the most ridiculous cancellation process with a company who just deal with cancellations rather than directly with the gym. I’m now going to pay every month for years to never use a gym.

That is a lie. I have now cancelled my membership. A cold shower after a sauna is a basic requirement. The hygiene levels in the men's changing room was also a factor in me leaving.

Good pool & spa facilities, friendly staff. The only real problem is the size of the men’s changing rooms, not ideal when it’s busy as you can’t get to your locker. I’d much rather prefer a cubicle than the current situation, this would also benefit the physically impaired.
