Having had four quotes from local companies over one weekend, Kingfisher were the obvious choice for us. Steve is quite clearly passionate about what he does and we were very impressed that he remembered providing windows and doors for both my grandparents and my partner’s parents, despite these works being years ago! Very personable service. At our initial meeting, he listened carefully to what we wanted and did not try to force certain things on us like some other companies did. The price was fair and service was outstanding; Tom and the team fitted new windows throughout, a new back door and a new front door for us in just three days and were quick to resolve any minor issues which occurred. Could not recommmend them enough.

what to say, other than the fitters are good but the issue is the management and surveyors, managed to rip all our windows out then realise that the manager had measured them wrong and they would not fit, was delayed by over a week and had to have a temp lash up to make house dry and secure, no compensation but what was worse was the owners attitude and wanting payment before they did the final install when it was all there fault, his demeanour was umprofessional and aggressive.
