  Hard to believe a company like this is still trading, got put onto them by a company called reliance travel,they cancelled flight and refused to refund or give another flight,I would never use them again again

  Avoid these at all costs. These are dark and heartless people who like to prey on their customers. We got a quote for flights which we agreed and paid in full, only for these cunning people to call the next day to say our flights were not cancelled by the airline. Luckily we checked online on the airline website and it wasn’t cancelled at all. They then spun the story and asked for £400 more to secure our tickets and threatened that if we do not pay, they will cancel our trip. We went back to the airline website and got a quote for the same flight which came out £80 cheaper and went back to these agents. They changed their minds and booked our tickets. We then got a call again from their office and asked for £100 more. These guys are unbelievable and would hang up if we try to ask for a justification.

  This travel agency has have very bad staff members. They are very very unreliable and dishonest. Especially some people by the names Eric Johnson and Jodan. Our family have booked a family ticket from them in October to travel in December this year but they have cancelled our booking and sold the tickets to someone else’s who paid them higher prices. They have sent an invoice for us and the booking was confirmed with the airline, we paid some deposit and was making payments to finish the balance. They suddenly sent us a link to make the full payment and followed that with a phone call last Friday morning the 11/11/2022 to make the payment otherwise they will cancel our booking and refund the deposit. We tried at all cost to get the full payment done so that we can get our tickets. We paid the full ticket price on the same day and and got a receipt for the payment and email them to issue our E-ticket. However, these people had refused to issue the ticket and Eric Johnson who was the man that conducted the booking was always dodging our calls. Yesterday morning when we called the office, we were told by another staff called Kevin that the full payment is done and when Eric comes to the office he will issue the tickets within 30 minutes. However, Eric was not available to answer our numerous telephone calls and keep diverting the calls to Jodan to answer. Jodan and Eric refused to issue our tickets and had cancelled our booking even though we paid on time and there was no deadline to pay anyway. They had sold our tickets to someone who pays higher and instead booked another flight with higher fees of extra £1200 to pay on top. To add insult to injury the new booking they did had 10 hours layover but our original booking was under 2 hours layover. They are forcing me to accept this new booking otherwise they will do a refund. The impact of a refund at this time is very serious as ticket prices had gone up 2 or 3 times higher to when we did the booking with them. They have messed up with the whole family travelling. These people are very unreliable and untrustworthy. They are Indians with English names. Please be very careful when dealing with this people. Never trust what they would said. They guaranteed our booking and said is confirmed and we made the full payment on time. My family and I are in suck and disappointed.

  The worse travel agency I have ever worked with. They charged me £1400 to travel with pets abroad, then they sent me the wrong information and was denied boarding with both of them, had to pay extra and only travel with one and they never offered any support or refund. Definitely would not ever recommend, save your money and sanity by not using their pathetic services.

  Terrible two bit agent. I was directed to them from the BA website directly when I couldn't find a flight! Difficult to contact, booking reference didn't work on BA etc etc. Unbelievable that BA is directly customers to them. Counter to the response below i BOOKED through Kingdom Travels not the airline directly because when calling BA it directed me to them! My booking is with Kingdom.

  Shady travel firm that trades under two separate companies - Kingdom Travel and Reliance Travel. Usually found when Google searching for contacts for airlines, where they appear as WhatsApp or similar for the airline you have searched for. For us they clearly displayed as British airways (note the lower case on the airways). They'll scam you out of a £100 deposit then ask for more funds to complete whatever service you have asked for. You won't get it. Claim to be ATOL protected but no sign of this on their two websites. DO NOT USE.
