Not good. A mouse ate a rubber primer bulb that's used to start the machine and instead of fitting the part in five minutes, the whole machine was stripped and reported as useless and beyond repair. In fact it worked well and when I got it back in bits, it worked after being rebuilt but they weren't going to return it to me. The manager did with his serious anger issues but banned me for life from the site. I was calm and friendly from start to finish. To be fair the boss is the problem, mechanics are helpful and friendly. A previous time I 'd inquired about a secondhand mower and the boss shouted at me: "WOULD YOU BUY IT?" He was angry and looking for trouble. The boss in this place is a problem!

Just wanted to share some positive feedback. In short i work in construction Project Management and gardening really is not my thing. I was guided to a Kingdom mowers by a work colleague, TBH i was looking fro something a bit better to make my life easier, something that you cant buy in B&Q. From start to finish, initial phone call to show room visit to delivery of machine first class. Two year warranty, free demo when machine arrived assistant in show room took time to explain in layman's terms all the different options, advantages and disadvantages while staying within my budget. I was offered second hand option also. If your looking for a strimmer or mower i would start here. Mr Townend
