Terrible delivery service! Delivered 2 days late - 7 working days, not the stated 5 working days. Then driver attempted to deliver at 7am, without any prior notice so I was not awake and refused to return. The whole experience has delayed my kitchen installation.

First class experience delivered promptly exactly as described driver who delivered even opened the item on my front to make sure it was what I ordered to ensure it was correct. Once installed I noticed something missing from inside the microwave KingdomAppliances ordered this from the manufacturer and forwarded it onto me within days. Couldn’t fault the service so only feel it right to reflect this with a good review would definitely not hesitate to order from this company again, highly recommended

Awful after sales service. Purchased a 'graded item' (cosmetic marks only). Now on my second engineers call-out to repair a fault that Kingdom appliances refuse to taqke any responsibility for. The 28 day warranty that they offer, apparently starts on the day of purchase (and not when they actually deliver the item 2 weeks later!). They claim to test machines before they're sent out, but our's developed an intermittant fault on the day that it was installed. I reported the fault to Kingdom within 2 1/2 weeks of receipt, but all they will do is refer you to the manufacturers service engineers, who take 2 weeks to visit/inspect the machine. Now awaiting the second engineers visit and Kingdom still refusing to take any responsibility for the repair. Next time, I'll buy from a reputable source.

Haven't fitted oven yet but thought I'd review now as customer service was extremely good, they genuinely care. That they have own delivery driver is also great, you know product is not mishandled. Called to let me know which delivery day and rough time plus driver then called 20 minutes in advance. Also fantastic price on refurb items, answered msgs about marks and tbh I cant see any marks! Will buy from them again
