I have been with this practice all of my life since the age of 6. The lady on the phone was extremely rude abrupt and ambiguous for no reason what so ever. I was polite and respectful. I had appt cancelled in 2020 due to covid, I only wanted enquire about if I am still registered as I wanted a to book a check up. Really poor customer service :/

I called the dental centre and the phone was answered by a woman called Terri, I enquired about if they were a NHS dental practice. Terri then spoke at me for over a minute explaining that they are not taking anyone on and I can join the waiting list but they wont be taking anyone on due to the NHS contract. I asked if they do emergency dental, and her reply was “no, goodbye”, where she hung up. No need for rudeness.
