Same day appointments, almost unheard of anywhere else. The receptionists are so kind and helpful, they go out of their way to try to deal with the problem. The only doctor seen face to face so far Dr Dianati, actually listened and seemed genuinely concerned to do the best she could. This is rare.

King's Road medical centre use to be one of the best, sadly not anymore. I have been trying to call for weeks now and all the machine says is we are experiencing high levels of calls, we will call you back. ( fat chance)please call again later. I can't get my high blood pressure tablets. Hope I don't drop dead! Can't get a referral. Can't speak to no one. This is supposed to be great Britain were the national health use to be great. Well sadly its not great anymore An neither is this country, with everything being privatised. Not every one can afford to go private. First we lost our housing an now the national health. This country has gone to the dogs.
