I have been a patient here for several years and have been so thankful for the care I have received. The reception team are friendly and I haven't struggled to access appointments, medical notes or renew prescriptions. Shanni took good care of me when I had a recent blood test and it is hard to feel nervous when she is so positive. A huge thank you to Dr Vaidya, Dr Britton and Dr Park who are all great doctors who I feel grateful to have as GPs.

Had a lovely experience with Shanni Cain from the HCA department today who was extremely friendly and understanding with me. I was a little nervous as it was my first ever blood test but she was very patient, attentive, took my concerns seriously, and overall it was a very nice experience.
