Awful .... Went to them because I had a problem with my eye , wouldn't have gone if could had got an appointment quickly at opticians but I couldn't...so I did They told me I had to go A & E to get refered back to them ...so basically you have to sit with everyone else for 5 hrs before someone looks in your eye to refer you back to them ... Waste of a day

Was referred for a scan from a different dept within King's and attended this morning. While it's clear the unit is dealing with a huge number of patients, the staff I met were professional and courteous. In particular the kindly Mr Eleftheriadis was proficient and considerate. Thank you all.

Had three separate sets of tests in quick succession. Very organised. They did however fail to alert me beforehand with a letter or with warnings about the eye drops and driving/cycling.

We were reffered there yesterday by our GP. Not worth a waiting. You can check your eye vision in any commercial place for 50 pounds on a modern equipment and get a precise result. Here you have nothing precise after 5 hours of waiting, very old methods and no modern equipment! Just a joke but not an eye clinic. And I have cautch a bug to be fully lucky.
