We hired a bouncy castle and the ball pit for my daughters first birthday party. The two men who came to set up were really lovely and helpful. The bouncy castle and ball pit were both clean and ready to use. They put it up super quick and on collection were just as efficient. Would recommend this company and are using them again in a couple weeks for my niece's birthday party. They even gave us some cars free of charge with our hire that went down a right treat with the children. Natalie was really helpful when I had some queries over email and always got back to me really quickly. Thank you so much Natalie for all your help.

Worst company I have ever conducted business with. Worst customer service. Please do not use them ever, unless you want money thrown out the window. Very disrespectful and very rude men that came to install the castle for my little's one birthday. Did not even get out the van, he already started shouting, that the bouncy castle would not fit. There were so many options where to put it, but he just did not want to start installing. He was late, no apologies, then spent another 45min arguing with me. He refused to install the bouncy castle and he demanded payment. When I told him to go and that no money will be paid, he started to get videos of the location and that the health and safety is paramount for them and that he can not do it. I gave him another 2 options to install in different locations and he refused. he was demanding money after no service was provided. After categorical refusal of payment, he spent about 15 minutes in the van in front of the house and only after he agreed to install. What do you think? The bouncy castle fitted perfectly in the location, with no issues whatsoever. He then came at 6 pm sharp and took the bouncy castle, even though he was late for about one and a half hours. Worst of the worst company. Never ever use this people, that are ignorant, rude and unprofessional to the maximum level.

Poor service. Don't use. Booked a castle for a childs party with 9 weeks notice. One week before the party they have just cancelled the booking. No explanation given. If you want to be let down at the last minute this is the company for you.
