Top notch shopping experience with Juan, and I do not like shopping! Very impressed with the customer service we received. Juan showcased the features of the furniture and helped us make decisions we are so happy with. He found the balance between giving us all the information and advice we wanted (taking measurements of our space and notes on our lifestyle/needs), whilst giving us space to make our decisions - a process he fuelled with good coffee and a sense of humour. An absolutely 5 Star shopping experience. If only car salesman and estate agents could be more like Juan, Life would be soooo goooood! We stumbled across King Living whilst starting a search for a new sofa at the top of Tottenham Court Rd. The sales assistant, Juan, said we didn't need to go any further down the road to look at the other shops. We of course did (because who trusts a salesman, right?!) but it didn't take us long to realise Juan was in fact right! We returned to King and bought a sofa... and a bed... and a rug! Juan was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process - very knowledgable about the range of products and offered helpful advice on selecting the right colours and fabrics. He's also got a great sense of humour!
