Food was good even if they had 30% of menu available. But that’s not the driver of the 3 star. The waiting staff was lovely, the pub a pretty venue, but… the manager needs to join a customer service course - no greeting at arrival or when we left, twice we tried to grab her attention but she failed to acknowledge us. In these days and times this is just not good. For a cute little pub like that, next to a major tourist attraction you would expect a lot more than that.
