Wowww what a great place for all... Sessions are a bit short at 30 mins for £3.50 per person, but, u can book how ever long u want to stay..myself, daughter grandkids paid £17.50 for the half hour session but wasn't long enough for the children to actually enjoy so booked another 3 sessions..therefore turned out quite expensive. The young ladies, and young man that supervised the Sessions and the little shop which sold slush puppies ice creams and snacks plus merch like swimsocks and hats were absolutely brilliant , customer service trained very well. Toilets were clean and well managed. Overall I would recommend King georges splash park but The Organsiers should give an an hour session.

Great place for the kids to have fun, thoroughly enjoyed themselves, however on the website it's advertised as a 30 minute session, on the boards in the splash park it's advertised as a 25 minute session, yet we were given only 20 minutes. One of the assistants were questioned about the short time, she explained that there is 5 minutes before and after the time frame to allow the children using it to leave. So it's not the 30 or the 25 minute session as advertised. Just a word of warning.

For a few quid nice bit of fun for the kids when the weather is sunny. As it stands the set up of the place is fundamentally flawed. We payed for slots online but found when we arrived there was an entrance gate unlocked next to a booth where people also queued for food. People were simply walking in & out of the gate unchecked. We walked in and could stand at the side & watch the people in the previous session, again no lock or system to get onto the actual splash bit just another unchecked gate. At the end of this 25 min session the teen staff member turned the water off & on a loud hailer told everyone from that session to leave for the next session. Most voluntarily cleared out with parents but as some families could be overheard saying they have not booked for the next session but kept looking to see if the staff member did anything. They did not so they just told there kids to stay in there for the next session. In short there is no checked system here. You may as well no pay/book sessions as you can just walk in and stay in. The problem is not paying a staff member to check booking on the first gate and staff inside indifferent to people doing what they want.
