I'm so disappointed. Called 111 for chest pain and super high blood pressure and heart rate. Was sent to King George. Sat for 6 hours. Finally left. Luckily I was feeling better. Hope I didn't have a heart attack. If I have, I'll be suing for malpractice. Apparently hospital staff don't know what triage means. It wasn't like this until recently. Can't get in to actual a&e unless they give you a red card. I guess you have to be bleeding from the eyes to be seen as emergency.

My sister could have been saved if the staff at this hospital had given her the care and attention she needed. She laid in her hospital bed being sick every few minutes and no investigations were made as to why this was happening. She died a few days later. Appalling !!

I was there on 8th jun 2023 with my 7 years old son at A&E from evening 8 pm to morning 5:45am , nearly 9hours waiting .After primary assessment they gave me appointment to see Doctor . But at end of my waiting , when I got call, doctor said it’s not their job , I need to get appointment with my GP . I was shocked to hear after long sleepless night with a kid . I could get this advice at least 8 hours before . There was only one doctor most of time . But Doctors are very active and hard working .I appreciate it . Others are just relaxing . The most worse is Reception, they do not care about people .

Worst hospital ever! Living in pain is better than the brutal wait here at this hospital and that too for urgent care. You have better chances of running into a doctor on the street and than seeing one here. NHS funds well spent

3 hrs I waited whilst patients after me were seen. One was a cut lip. Eventually in pain (suspected burst appendix) I asked the receptionist to cancel my appointment as I was left in agony with no pain relief and wasn't happy that others were being treated. He just asked my name, shrugged and asked me to move as there was a cure. If the NHS is like this I would chance my luck getting an ambulance when it really gets bad

Staff was great, was taken to A&E and was treated amazingly, with some of the most friendly and caring staff I’ve ever encountered.
