I sent a parcel via Parcel to go/ Fed ex, dropped off in store. The parcel has been missing a month- each Staff member tells you a completely different story of what could have happened. Man on the phone today told me I was wasting his time trying to find my parcel and then put the phone down on me. Disgusting attitude and service. Note to others- use other couriers and drop offs as my UPS parcel sent the same day from a different location got there next day. I’m now out £200 and king Edward stores refuse to help prove that FedEx took the parcel but never scanned it. For all I know it could have been stolen from shop floor as I was asked to leave the parcel in front of the till by a member of staff.

Should be ashamed of themselves, prices are ridiculous, they charge £1:50 for a Fanta can drink. When questioned, they said “its from America”. By then your at the till and to put items back and que up again time wasted. I check other stores a multipack of 12 for £16 which is 75p Wont be coming back here will find alternative local shop.

Questionable product prices produced by a present day Pythagoras, ever present at the podium. Perturbed by such premium payment, in my perspire state - I pivoted towards the door. "Tis some visitor", I muttered, "tapping at my chamber door - only this, and nothing more" said I, as I passed to Pythagoras my multipack of Snickers iced-creams. What shock, oh no, this price, seems thrice! My soul, and all, began to rise, from shocked body, that could not take, shooketh to the core. From my books surcease of sorrow, sorrow for the lost Lenore (not in stock), nameless here forevermore. On heel I got, for on I trot, waste not, haste plot to leave this place. Receipt in hand, I made the plan, to swift depart, this super mart. Oh no, dear peace, perched overneath, a bird, who heard, the entire piece. What this grim, ungainly, ghastly, gaunt, and ominous bird of yore, meant in croaking - nevermore. Indeed, my flightly friend, a valid question to me you lend. On guard, I left, to seek some haven. "Is there - is there balm in Gilead? Tell me, tell me! I implore, quote the Raven - nevermore". Nevermore, nevermore, oh how I adore, to purchase things at a price fair to pay. But now, I must brow(se), places else called so fair, for your rip off prices do be causing, us all to lose our hair. The end.
