    My husband has used this barbers for years with no complaints until today. He has very little hair and suffers from Alzheimers . Today he was charged £18 for a hair cut - twice the normal rate. His medical condition made him unable to dispute. He was taken advantage of in my opinion and will not be returning . THANK YOU FOR YOUR RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW. THE CANCELLATION AROSE FROM HIM FORGETTING (DUE TO HIS ALZHEIMERS _) A MEDICAL APPT. HE COULD NOT GIVE 24 HOURS NOTICE AS HE CANCELLED WITHIN HOURS OF MAKING THE APPT, I WAS STANDING BESIDE HIM WHEN HE CALLED YOU TO EXPLAIN AND APOLOGISE . AT NO TIME DID I HEAR HIM AGREE TO THE ADDITIONAL CHARGE - HE WOULD HAVE ASKED ME TO VERIFY THIS, THIS IS EXPLOITATION OF A SICK MAN.
