Please change your phone system, the current new system is appalling and simply does not work. Ring repeatedly and after a 1 and a half minute intro by Dr. Singh it just cuts you off, as the call system is full. After a hour you get through to the system to be told you’ll be rung back, but by this time all appointment have gone. Told to ring back at 1.30 and the merry go round begins again. Previous to this, we may have a long wait in a queue but at least you had a slot and eventually get through. The system causes a lot of frustration and annoyance and whilst I’d never be rude to reception staff, I can see why the current service is causing emotions to run high with people. Additionally, the loss of the full engage consult system is such a huge mistake. Why lose such an effective tool? Many queries could be swiftly dealt with via a messaging and photo system. I’ve always thought highly of the booking system at King Cross, exactly because you could always speak to someone on the day. Really disappointed in this change and I really hope it will be reviewed by the practice manager.

I am sick of ringing and rarely getting an answer. Call que is always full or you have to wait for a call back if you're luck.

I recently visited this NHS center and was impressed by the experience. The GP was kind, compassionate, and attentive to my needs. The callback service was efficient and timely, making the process of getting an appointment easy and stress-free. I also appreciated the center's focus on patient care, as evidenced by the calm and quiet atmosphere. Overall, I highly recommend this NHS center to anyone looking for quality healthcare in a supportive and caring environment.

Wow, been with this practice 20 plus years and never have I experienced such disgraceful attitude from reception. Where are all those caring staff gone. I dealt with one today who was utterly rude, attitude stunk, I wouldn't employ them at a cattle market never mind gp surgery. Their advise is always go to a&e. Seems they are trying overload the hospital by not dealing with their own patients. Need a petition to get this surgery to care for patients an not treat them like dog dirt .Should be ashamed. Hope that witch bolland has been sacked!!

The worst surgery I have been signed up to. Only signed up a couple of months ago last year as moved back to the area. Used to be with spring hall surgery which were good. I called regarding gaining an inhaler as I am asthmatic two weeks ago, I was told by receptionist to call back at half 1 that day or 8:30am in morning next day to speak to GP. I tired both times and phone cut me off saying phone line is too busy. I had to go to A&E and spend 5hrs in there a few days later. They gave me an inhaler as I couldn’t breathe and said contact your GP so they can do a review and see which Inhalers I need to be prescribed. When I rang again recently it’s been over a week the receptionist said to me I am not asthmatic so you don’t get a review ??. When I explained I am and have been for many years she said oh it’s because you’re new to the practice so we haven’t checked your file. I was told I will receive a text with a form to fill in for the nurse to review if they can prescribe me an inhaler or if I need a face to face appt first. I never received the text and can’t get through to them. You will die coming here don’t waste your time sign up to any other GP surgery than this. It’s all about money for this GP they sign people up but don’t care about they health!

Joined in August having moved into area. Couple of initial problems (I wasn't told I'd been registered, had to ask them for details to book apptmts online, then was told the portal doesn't work!), and often you have to book a callback to get an appointment, HOWEVER the reception team are normally friendly and helpful, as are the GPs and nurses I've seen so far. Much better than Rosegarth surgery, who never registered me despite having my details for months, and leave the phone off the hook.
