Worst post office I have ever been to. Avoid it and go to another one with better customer service. The young asian guy with a beard at the counter is full of attitude and clearly doesn’t want to work there. Very cocky and arrogant.

Not wheelchair accessible. There is a high step to get in so unless your mobility is perfect you will struggle to get in. No parking either. In 2023 you have to wonder why a Post Office has been opened in an inaccessible shop when there are lots of more suitable buildings in King Cross.
