Avoid-they take your money then do very little. Complaining to them is pointless as they deny what was verbally promised to you. Listing your business takes ages (i had to keep pestering them & was told "there is no set time to list your business!!! funny that i was told 2-3 weeks verbally) & they never keep you informed of what is happening (3 months no contact!). I normally dont post negative but if this stops you wasting your money like i have (and others from what i have seen) then its worth the typing.

Massive crooks. Avoid at all costs. They tried to defraud my father recently. They offered him a six month contract within which they would advertise to sell his business. They normally offer a 12 month contract. The 12 months was amended to 6 months by hand and was present on photocopies of the contract. When the six months was up, they had not managed to sell his business. He then advertised with a different firm and sold the business. They found out he had sold his business and started to chase him because they wanted their percentage of the sale as they were claiming he had sold the business within the 12 months contract period. He tried to explain to them that they had amended the contract to six months and even provided evidence of this. They ignored this email and became relentless in harassing my father for the money they claimed he owed them. It was only when I got involved that they realised they should stop the harassment. I actually think this business makes their money off offering an attractive cost to sell a business and then when it doesn’t get sold within their ‘amended’ contract timeframe they then try dirty tactics to defraud small businesspeople (many of who might be close to retirement such as my father) out of their money. These people might be vulnerable and I think that they are possibly preying on this. Disgusting company. If they are capable of this kind of behaviour then I shudder to think what other things they might be up to to try and defraud their customers.

Its a con, take a deposit, then you have to stay in contract and pay full costs, even if you sell privately, they dont seem to do much either, may as well put it on rightbiz much more flexible. 18mths on still waiting!
