    I cannot stress how aawful this company is. I've had constant problems with them over the last 5 years. They have produced multiple erroneous invoices and taken the money via direct debit. My existing contract with them expired without them giving me any notice that it was doing so (a legal requirement) and they proceeded to charge me a standing charge of £3 a day plus a unit cost of over £1. If it was possible to give negative ratings I would not hesitate to do so.

    If there were no stars I'd put no stars. Disgusting company - treat customers like garbage. Cut me off and messed me around. Stick with Talk Talk and O2. My advice. No use doing any other. These people are cowboys. Dreadful people

    Have to say glad I'm out of contract. Nothing but problems from the word go, sent several emails never get back to me. charged me over £350.00 as I came out of contract 1 day early even though this had been agreed over 12 months ago. Surely this is a mistake on my behalf but would you charge a customer if they made a mistake by 1 day ? Glad to see the back of them. Would I return - NEVER (will they respond to my emails - I'm not sure either)
