I called in to see my mother while the so called "carer" was at her property. Not only was the carer not too wearing an overall or apron, she wasn't even wearing a mask or gloves during this Corona pandemic leaving my mother in a very dangerous situation considering how many other properties this person had been in before this visit. I'm absolutely appalled by the couldn't care less attitude of these people and the company they work for. The carer would always sit in her Silver Peugeot car outside for 20 mins smoking cigarettes and on Facebook wasting time and then just go in house for 5 mins and do virtually nothing.
