Completing the MBSR with Sally Edward has for me been absolutely life changing. Her belief in and dedication to the practice of Mindfulness is infectious, her understanding and kind approach made it easy for me to participate (something that I can't always do). Learning about the practice of Mindfulness through Sally has helped me to move on from someone who was anxious and depressed to someone who coped with the stresses of redundancy and to doing something I really love and running my own business. Since doing the MBSR I have attended a range of Mindfulness based workshops run by Sally and her series of practice sessions, all of these have furthered my practice and are to be highly recommended. If you get the opportunity to do this course please do it, it could be the kindest thing you ever do for yourself.
