I can not recommend Kinder Nannies and Staff more!! We embarked on a journey together to find the perfect family for me and even after declining several offers, Gillian reassured me that the right family is out there. She was incredibly encouraging, extremely kind and super invested during the whole process. She always had and open ear for my concerns, a helping hand when negotiating with families and a comforting word when I was getting discouraged. Will definitely send all my nanny friends her way! Never have I ever had a better experience and we did eventually find the most wonderful family that turned out to be the greatest fit for me!!

Gillian and her staff are amazing. The nanny we had employed for a trial period did not work out and we found ourselves in the scary situation of having to find a new nanny less than 4 weeks before I was due to go back to work, an extremely daunting process. I phoned Gillian on a Friday 10 minutes to 5pm, stressed and at the end of my tethers, having searched and interviewed nannies myself as well as engaging other agencies without much success. Gillian not only took diligent notes of our requirements and preferences but also managed to reassure me that things will work out. There were no lengthy forms to complete, Gillian managed to extract all the information needed from me over the phone whilst I was juggling my daughter with the other hand. Monday afternoon I was already presented with 3 excellent candidates, followed by 2-3 more every day of the week, all of them lovely and well matched to our family and requirements. We were sent the cv and also a great and very accurate summary and review of the candidates by Gillian and her staff, who then promptly organised the interviews. By the end of the week we were spoiled for choice and found it hard to make a decision which nanny to employ, as we felt they all would have been great looking after our baby. We cannot recommend Kinderstaff highly enough, the service they provide is all you could wish for and second to none. I would most certainly use them again in the future.
