I first found Isabel during my first pregnancy. Having not tried reflexology before I was a bit sceptical but as soon as I met Isabel I knew I was doing the right thing. Regular treatments were a huge help in the third trimester and now in my second pregnancy I've been seeing her since the start. She has helped with insomnia, headaches, digestive issues, anxiety and lower back pain. Isabel is kind, professional, attentive, and just so good at what she does. I also love that she explains what she finds and has worked through each session so I feel more in tune with my body. I can't recommend her highly enough.

I had my first session with Isabelle for foot reflexology.Isabelle was very professional and keen to find out the issues I was having. Isabelle clearly knew how to perform the massage on the foot and her techniques made me feel like I was in a different world.. I drifted away.The cabin was clean and cosy. I really enjoyed the session and felt totally relaxed, distressed and my aching foot pains also drifted away. I would def. recommend her and will book my next appointment with her :)
