In a nutshell, they cancelled my order and I found out 2 hours after ordering I would not get our dinner. Ordered at 18.44 Due to arrive at 19.40 Kimono cancelled order at 19.59 I rang at 19.59 as soon as i got the notification was told my food was taken by the wrong driver. I was told my food may still arrive in the next 15 minutes. And to call back. After I called back at 20.15 as our family's food hadn't arrived I was told I would get a refund, I explained it wasn't about the money I wanted my food that I ordered at 18.44. I was told they would ring me back after speaking to a colleague. At 20.26 they still hadn't rung back so I called, was passed to another member of staff who rudely said we don't have your food your getting a refund. I explained I wanted my food, it wasn't about the money I was told they were too busy to remake my food. So at 2 hours after my order was placed I find out I won't be having a magical family sushi dinner as promised to the children. I fully recommend to avoid ordering, shame as the food was great previously despite temperature issues.
