    i phone at 8.30 everyday, message saying fully booked so i wait to be put through to be told the same and when i ask if i can book for a few weeks time i was told no as its emergencies only and you carnt book one in advance,whats the point of having a doctors if you can only get emergency appointments are we serposed to wait until its an emergency? in which case you would probably be better at a&e anyway as you would probably be dead before you get an appointment here,for those defending this surgery saying staff shortages ect its been like this for the last year or two and i have family members at other surgeries that dont have this much trouble.i will be moving doctors asap

    This place is getting slated in reviews which is the opposite of my experience, so thought I’d leave them a review. On the few occasions I have had to book an appointment. The reception staff have been extremely friendly. The waiting room has been empty and clean and the GPs I’ve seen have all been extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

    Worst GPs going. No continuity of care. Rude and stressed out admin staff and Doctors act like they can't be bothered and that's when they even work. Complaints ignored, nothing followed up and GPs come and go as they please leaving patients in limbo. Avoid if you can.

    If I could genuinely give this go practice lower than a 1 star I would the amount of issues I’ve had with them from a doctor misdiagnosing my daughter with a water infection which led her kidneys to become scarred because it was treated later down the line to them telling me to call a mental health duty team after telling them I’m actively struggling and require medication to my doctor putting me on fentanyl and then leaving me without it for several days causing me to withdraw violently because the doctor who prescribed it was on annual leave not to mention the reception staff being so rude especially Leanne. Never known anything so atrocious.
