Print Farringdon delivered late as requested, and printed duplicate copies of individual files. This had a significant impact on an event that was organised for the following day. We were asked to pick up additional printing at the Farringdon site; a young lady did not attend to us. She just sat there in front of the computer. Her other colleague was helping another customer. After 10 minutes, I told her we were there to collect a package after which she perked up, and went to get the box which was within arms length. The wait could've been shortened down to 1 minute had she been more attentive and cared about customers. We will not be going back to Print Farringdon again. Edit: The files we sent were correct. 1 minute or 10 minutes, we shouldn't have had to wait as she clearly knew we were there immediately when we walked in, and had no intention to attend to us.
