    Noisy windows! Had windows fitted by SBP. They look good, but they let in more noise than our previous old double glazing. I brought this to their attention and they sent the fitter round who fixed an issue a with a draft, but offered no explanation for the extra noise. I am left not knowing if it is the quality of the windows or the fitting that is the problem. Disappointed.

    AVOID!!!! Terrible customer service, poor quality workmanship!! They may have changed their company name but it’s still the same owner. We had windows and doors fitted by SWC which has since been liquidated so we are stuck with the rubbish they fitted. We are now having to pay for new doors and frames to be fitted by someone else as the frames weren’t fitted properly and are coming away from the wall. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
