    When I first met Katie last April I went to her scared and nervous to even be in a gym, I was in daily pain from scoliosis and had a weak core due to ab separation from childbirth. In the 8 months seeing Katie every week so much has changed! I'm confident in the gym, not only with myself but with the equipment. I've lost a stone in fat, gained muscle and closed the gap in my abdominal muscles. Katie taught me the correct ways to lift and how to safely strengthen my back and core.Within 6 weeks of starting with Katie I no longer had to take daily painkillers for my scoliosis. I cannot recommend Katie enough, an absolute gem, not just as a P.T but as a person. She has given me all the tools I need to be able to continue my training and is always at the other end of a text message to advise and encourage. Thank you Katie
