Very unhappy with the booking process. I sat at the computer very punctual only to see the website crash. The event was unavailable for the first 10 minutes the booking was opened. Then I jept refreshing the page as it looked that the system was overloaded, bu then I found out I was kept out of the process the whole time and the event was actually sold out without really stooding a chance. As there is huge request and very little offer in the city it’d be good to offer alternatives, or simply more courses.
