Never as a diabetic person had to beg as much to the personal of the surgery for my medication, surgery pharmacists Soumia Kolli make a real hell for me to get my medication even knowing I was running out of it, for the only reason that she as an "expert" decided that I didn't needed the test strips prescribed to me by my doctor anymore, it toke 3 days and several calls and visits to the surgery to place complaints to finally get 1/3 of my medication, I would describe the situation as abusive and negligent. Two weeks after sending a complaint to the manager of the surgery surgery still waiting for an answer. Is worth to mention that the reception personnel always have been really friendly and helpful. If someone with some power of decision read this I would kindly advise to have a look on to this, as it may be happening to more patients.

Great surgery, they really are fantastic. Despite all the pressure they are under they are always kind and helpful. The receptionists, doctors and nurses I’ve come across have all been lovely. In particular the econsult service is great and they come back so quickly.

I love this GP. As a working class, its difficult to get time to see the doctor. But the amazing thing is, when I need to see someone, the team makes time for me. The receptionists are professional, treating all individuals differently (observed physically). Doctors listen, to all your problems, not just 1. I have been with the GP for very long time and have seen the grow, change, re structure. I do understand there are certain doctors communicate differently, as far I have been seen by doctors, they have been good

I have been with killick st for over 12 years.. I am so grateful to everyone particularly doctor Yellon who treated my children with care and compassion. Looking after my kids was so difficult and heartbreaking at times but having Dr Yellon fighting my corner was amazing. Dr Yellon recognised my situation and always believed in me. My children are lot older and better now. I will be forever grateful to the reception team who always listened with empathy and kindness.

Great experience with Killick Street Health Centre! I wish I had changed my GP surgery much sooner. I just registered myself and my newborn. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful and arranged for us to be assessed very quickly. My baby was seen and received treatment on the same day, despite the practice being busy in the days before Christmas, which we are incredibly grateful for. The doctors my baby and I saw were both very friendly, helpful and competent. Thank you!
