    We have used Dan from Killer Instinct pest control a number of times now. We had an issue with mice in a rental property and urgently needed help. Dan was amazing from the initial call, he contacted our tenant directly and was on site with 24hrs. He installed traps & bait on the first visit and also reviewed the property to see if we could do anything to stop the mice being attracted in. Dan then followed up with additional visits to check the situation and would always provide feedback after each visit. The issue was resolved quickly and efficiently with great communication throughout with me and my tenants.     Got a callback from Dan after leaving him a message regarding a flea infestation at our home. Dan carefully explained the whole process as well as what the pesticide would do and how it would work. He put my worries at ease. He managed to fit in his visit the next day. When he arrived, he re-explained the process to make sure I understood and set to work in excellent time. Since then, we have seen no sign of fleas.     I phoned Dan on Tuesday he said he could be with us on Wednesday morning. Dan phone before hand to let me know he was coming, I thought I had mice in my loft space Dan entered loft space carrying out a thorough investigation. When he came out of the loft he informed me that I didn’t have mice but that the droppings were Bats, he explained that Bats are protected but that I could put up a Bat box which might deter them from the loft. I thought Dan was very professional and said there was no charge, I would recommend killer instinct to everyone a very professional and curtious service thanks Dan
