Ufuk has helped me with a couple of my rugs on several occasions, repairing holes and damage to sections of rug as well as fixing fringing and professionally cleaning. The carpets come back expertly repaired and cleaned to such a degree of expertise that you are unable to remember where or what the original damage was. He is also always a complete gentleman, straightforward and easy to deal with.
