Ordered Black Boxes from Kilby a few times. Some arrived damaged but we let it be. We placed a large order & their delivery staff asked my staff for assistance to offload boxes when he should have used equipment for offloading large / heavy orders. It nearly landed on my staffs foot. This could of smashed his foot. Luckily it only touched the edge of his foot as he moved it away. We called the company regarding their poor delivery service & how our staff member was hurt. They should have sent two staff for delivery if their staff didn't want to offload alone. We pay £15 for delivery & we are supposed to assist in offloading and bringing in to our warehouse. They never compensated us. No refund or discount code. You are better off ordering from another company who has staff that actually do their job. Appalling customer service. Please learn sometimes sorry isn't enough especially when you physically hurt a customer.
