We booked this taxi well in advance as we needed t get to a train station and thought it might be safer than an Uber even though the price was much more expensive. When the cab was almost 10 minutes late I called the driver, ( as the company had sent me a text saying it was confirmed and advising of his number ). Unfortunately the driver said he had needed to cancel and the company were sending someone else. When I called the company they new nothing about this and kept on saying the driver was coming. I urged them to contact him to advise on his status which they did and then called me back to say he couldn't take me and there was no one else available. When i pointed out this was booked to take me to a train and they needed to assist the controller put the phone down on me! My family missed our train and incurred both financial loss and distress. I have never experienced this ever from a cab i have pre ordered and was offered no compensation . AVOID AT ALL COSTS Service: Limousines
