Broken and grimy toys. No trains on train track room? Cabinets of Lego covered in dust that kids can’t play with. Extremely smelly bathrooms! When we were washing our hands a member of staff was in there with a tissue permanently held over her mouth and nose whilst supervising other children using toilet. The smell of the nappy bin was horrendous! I felt like having a shower afterwards :( Yikes!

Nice little place for preschoolers to play, not really much good for older kids. I think since they opened a preschool inside it it's really not so good, little space and closes really early.

Very poor. Lots of broken toys. Just 2 toy trains in the whole dedicated train track space?! There were only 2 members of staff, it was aabusy saturday when there was a birthday party going on, cafe open and members of the public coming in. Bad management - 2 members of staff cannot realistically handle that, waited over an hour for a food order which came out wrong (not the server's fault, she was doing it all by herself) the other staff member was tending to the party and simultaneously painting faces and tidying up. Not particularly clean, and too many kids/people for the staff and space they have. There are so kany other good play areas in the vicinity. Use those, not this one.

Had the bad experience for the second time but I can't accept what Emma did today. First thing my daughter's birthday party was taken on the nursery day in January 2017. They promised to take photos and give it to me but I went twice asking it and wrote to them too but still I have no reply. The nursery teacher said she took photos but needed to do some editing. The second thing she agreed to do childcare on summer holiday and sent email saying £5 for extra hour but when i went to pay today she refused to do extra hour. She let me down last minute and put me in trouble. When you send email, you have to wait three four days to reply. Luckily I was able to find someone so quick as I have a doubt this woman not keep the trust so I had a second plan. Not worth a star even😡😡😡 She didn't even come to talk to me. Disrespectful rude woman. AVOID AVOID
