If I could give them zero stars, I would. Called their 'Customer Service ' team regarding damage sustained to my car by one of the roads they'd been contracted to resurface locally. Agent told me "these things wouldn't happen if people obeyed the speed limit signs". I was doing 15mph in a 20mph zone! This was said to me by the agent even BEFORE the claim had been investigated. This is what you are up against. Absolute shower.

Would give this Company 0 stars. Recent road resurfacing job done in residential street left me with damaged driveway, fence and street sign. After reporting the damage the day the works were completed I was left angered by their so called customer care rep Lisa who more or less told me she didn't believe my claim and would need to speak with the team. I emailed photographic evidence of before and after damage and was promised a call back 2 weeks ago which I am still waiting on and despite emailing the customercare team have had absolutely no response. Bunch of absolute COWBOYS in my opinion with zero Aftercare service despite what their website claims. Resurfacing is of poor quality and we still have excess topcoat lying on the roads. Oh and just to add they tarred over a manhole cover too which I've reported to the local council. Joke!

I live near their site, and dealt with horrible odour. At first I thought it was the waste near The Tipsy Gent, but recently The Environmental Agency sent letters around the area and I've just realised that they were responsible for the odour. I'll be contacting the Environmental Agency in June, as they've promised to talk to residents. Hopefully by then, they should have dealt with smelly situation.

This company left exposed iron works outside my house and my sons car was damaged to the sum of £2000 they refused to pay for the repair They also covered everyone's doors and windows in bitumen (tar). My neighbours new car was covered also. Definitely don't touch this disgusting company

A quite fast and efficient execution of work was done in our Street in Reading by Keily Bros. But the finished product is left with ridges and not sooth. Plenty of information was pushed through the doors beforehand to keep the residents well informed. Unfortunately, majority of the manhole covers are still below the finished road surface. Driving on top definitely gives noise as if we’re going over mini potholes!
