Such a beautiful and homely nursery. When I walk in and my baby is playing happily or cosy in someone’s arms it’s lovely see. His main caregiver Karen is lovely. So is Sadia. The nursery is warm and always really clean. We experienced a different nursery as his first and it was dark, cold and hardly had any toys etc. He was also having knocks and bumps all the time at the old nursery and at this nursery, nothing happens thank god. You can tell this nursery always has investment and has tons of activities and toys. They also send you regular photos almost every day so you can see what fun things baby is doing. They also never forget events and I’m forever getting lovely artwork etc. I also love the fact it’s super inclusive, seeing my baby with LGBT books amongst others is a lovely thing to see. Thanks for supplying such a wonderful and safe nursery. It’s such a shame about the false reviews. Don’t take any notice. Probably jealous competitors.

My daughter has been at the Lodge for around 2 years now and she absolutely loves it. Even wants to go in at the weekend. Denver is like her 2nd mum, she's always talking about her from the moment she gets in the car. I can't thank them enough. My son has been with them around 6 months in the babies room with Karen and Delbie. He has learnt so many new things since being there. It shocks me all the time. 100% recommend the lodge .. I wouldn't send my children anywhere else !! Thank you all x

Finding the right nursery for your child is daunting and you will cry when you leave your child but sincerely you can put your trust and faith in kids r us the lodge. My son absolutely loves it. They are amazing staff and they look after your child with care and consideration. Highly recommend.

We have been sending our son here for 6 months and on first meeting the workers and managers they were all very welcoming. Our son has come a long way since being in this nursery. At first he was very reserved about being left there but the staff from what we can see have worked really well to get him to where he is now. They've been attentive to his needs, they regularly update the Famly App so we're aware of his progress and daily activities along with what he's eaten and also anything else that is happening within the nursery. We went to visit various nurseries before choosing this one so we were well informed and aware of what we wanted from a nursery and Kidzrus met all our expectations.

I would absolutely recommend Kidz R Us nursery to any parent! Our daughter (almost 4) has been going there since 6 months old. She has always been happy to go from the start, which made the transition so much easier. The ladies are great at communicating with us on her development and any issues. Even though we cannot no longer go inside to have a chat due to the pandemic, Kidz R Us team has been using their Famly App so that we can still send any questions and get regular posts with pictures about what activities she gets up to. Their health and safety levels were already excellent, but it was even more reassuring at the start of the pandemic to see that the team has put in place cleaning measures even more thorough. I am very grateful for all their professionalism and their kind and constant support.

Kidzrus - The Lodge is an absolutely wonderful nursery, and the staff are utmost friendly, caring and responsible. My child has been going here for more than a year now, and he looks forward to spending time, make new friends and learn new things every day. The rooms are clean, well decorated and set for the appropriate age along with an excellent outside play area. They constantly update me regarding my child's day, including his food and snacks, nap time, activities he enjoyed during different sessions etc. which is a big plus. Each child is assigned a key person who work in close partnership with parents in monitoring and nurturing the child's skills and mental health. I would like to especially mention Kelly, my son's key person who is a delight to talk to, and has really helped me in shaping various aspects of my son's development including potty training, speech and emotion contol. I am glad to be able to spend my day with the comfort of knowing that my child is in safe hands, and I greatly recommend the nursery to anyone who is looking for a safe and friendly place for their child.
