I booked & paid in full for the party bus to come to my house for my daughters 6th birthday on April 1st 2023 I booked it in January and I kept in contact with Sharon and jess to make sure everything was fine... I got intouch with them 31st march (a day before the party) and they said everything was fine and they will see us the following day fir the parry. I had 16, children coming to my house for the party bus at 2pm. I received a phone call at 1.15pm on the day of the party to tell me they cannot come as they bus had broken down and the soft play was all mouldy!! They had no remorse what so ever that they had let my daughter down and 15 other children.. I highly recommend for people to stay away from this company as they are not reliable at all and didn't seem bothered about letting 16 kids down 45 minutes before the party started. They refunded my money but no compensation was even offered. I had 16 very upset children and they were not bothered at all. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Booked this party bus for my little girls 6th birthday party to which was booked at least 3 months inadvanced, even spoke to the company a day before the party and they confirmed everything was fine. No problems at all then on the day of said party which was ment to start at 2pm, they rang my partner half hour before party started to cancel with no sorry or nothing, just the bus had 'broke' down leaving me and my partner stuck with x16 5/6yr olds with no party bus. If i could put 0 stars i would. Absolutley disgusting. All they said was 'it had being in storage for so long'. Surley as a professional company you have to do some checks every now and then to make sure the bus is still ok to drive and is safe but no they put it in storage, take your money and expect it to still work after sitting in storage for so long with no safety checks or nothing. Good luck if you have book this company.

My daughter had her party today with kidzone party bus, can I just say she absolutly loved it! Both ladies were friendly and so much fun, all the children really enjoyed it and really does cater for different needs and ages!! Thanknyou so much and would highly reccomend
