Untrained staff leading you wrong. You will pay for their mistakes as per their policy: no refund for the add-ons you have paid for and did not receive because of the lack of training and information the members of staff, which take your money are supposed to know. I shall write another review after I finish dealing with Emma, from the customer services who seems to ignore that I am a grown woman who does not see the point to come "enjoy" this place on my own because the kids I offered the tickets to were in the country only for a one off visit and won't come back anytime soon. Emma insist for me to come back there ... to do what, please?! Did the kids enjoyed? - Well, 13yo was not impressed at all, she found it "ok" but nothing more and 11yo was the same... feeling too grown for this place. Sounds like a good waste of time and money but well ... lesson learnt.

My kids had an amazing day but it could have been so much better! Aside the one man working at the pizza shop who clearly loves children ... most of the staff (bar one or two) were either grumpy, lazy or had an attitude problem - they definitely didn't like kids. Most of the staff were almost awkward with children - like they were aliens coming to visit. Plus side was it was clean and the children did like the activites.
