My son has been hurt every single day at preschool last week and friday he's come home with a blatant bite mark on his hand. I called to speak to them to be told it couldn't of happen there as they don't have any biters!!! Then for the manager to say that my son is hard work - He's 3 years old, with additional needs which they get funding for. Which they made sure they got funding for by badgering myself and my husband no end for the DLA information so they could get the funding. This is not the first time they have insisted that he hasn't been hurt whilst in thier care. The staff turn over is ridiculous so the children don't get any proper consistency. The place is filthy and they have no proper changing area for the children just a matt on the floor. My son got a head injury when he fell into a table in thier care and instead of informing us, left him at preschool and just applied a cold compress on it. When. I picked him up and took him straight to the go and it needed gluing!
