    There is a massive safeguarding issue due to them taking on too many children and not enough staff. Stay well away and even further if you want to be a member of staff.

    About a year ago there were a cracking incident. Police called and everything a propper Easterenders domestic happened in the car park. Their 'highly trained' staff delt with the incident amazingly which resulted in the coppers in their car park for about 3 hours and damage to near by properties which no one recieved any apologies for. Near by children where up worried and panicking about the police sirens and all the shouting. Send your child to kinder haven 5/5 stars from me.

    An absolutely wonderful nursery, my son has been attending full time for almost 2 years now. The staff are friendly and so loving towards the children, the rooms are bright and filled with toys and educational items that are changed around several times a day. The outside area is fantastic. Can't fault them and love being a part of the KinderHaven Family

    haven't been to the nursery. have been told there is a space available immediately for my child but the nursery is not available to view for another month as they have too many visits queued up. i find this ridiculous and have not experienced this with any other nurseries no matter how busy they were. the manager needs to have a more proactive attitude. was promised a callback but waited all afternoon no one called back. i had to call back later in the afternoon myself. email was only replied to after a week.
